About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney who brings strong real estate knowledge title experience and the ability to support a high volume of transactional work. The firm values professionalism responsiveness and a solutionsdriven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Review draft and negotiate real estate contracts closing documents and related legal instruments
Provide legal guidance on residential and commercial real estate transactions
Support title operations by reviewing title commitments resolving curative issues and advising escrow teams
Communicate with lenders agents buyers sellers and internal staff to ensure smooth closings
Conduct legal research as needed to support transactional matters
Maintain compliance with state and federal real estate regulations
Represent the company with professionalism and strong client service
Required Qualifications
Five years plus of real estate law experience
Strong background in real estate transactions
Title experience required
Active license to practice law in the state
Strong communication and client interaction skills
Ability to manage multiple files with accuracy and urgency
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with title companies
Familiarity with curative work title review and underwriting communication
Experience supporting escrow teams or closing operations
