Built around real-world usage rather than speculation Satoshi Connect focuses on recurring operational flows that remain underserved by traditional financial institutions and existing brokers. Most providers are optimized for trading or one-off conversions and are not designed to support ongoing operational needs such as treasury management large transactions or structured payment flows. Satoshi Connect addresses this gap by combining deep blockchain expertise and compliance know-how with infrastructure tailored to these recurring use cases allowing clients to navigate regulatory requirements without compromising efficiency or privacy.
With early traction demonstrating consistent demand from both businesses and high-net-worth individuals the company provides a reliable and structured bridge between digital asset activity and fiat rails designed for participants already active on-chain.
The Role
Satoshi Connect has a differentiated offer a defined market and proven traction. The next step is to bring in a leader to take full ownership of the commercial function spanning both partnerships and direct growth. This includes building and structuring relationships with financial institutions and digital asset businesses that need a partner to handle complex crypto flows and extend their capabilities without internalizing the operational burden while also driving user acquisition and expanding the client base directly.
A strategic foundation and business plan exist but this role is not about inheriting and executing someone elses vision. It is about making it your own: pressure-testing the strategy shaping it and driving the execution that turns direction into growth.
You will be the first person fully dedicated to commercial at Satoshi Connect sitting within the leadership team with direct access to the CEO CTO and Head of Compliance. You will have autonomy over your scope and full accountability for the results. This is a founding-team-level opportunity. We are looking for someone with the ambition and profile to grow with the company and potentially into broader executive leadership as Satoshi Connect scales.
Tasks
Own the commercial strategy
- Take ownership of the existing go-to-market strategy business plan and target segment definition. Challenge what needs to be challenged sharpen what needs to be sharpened
- Define and execute a primarily B2B go-to-market strategy complemented by selective individual client acquisition channels where relevant
- Define the commercial execution roadmap that bridges where Satoshi Connect is today and where it needs to be
Build and convert the pipeline
- Source qualify and convert direct business clients: crypto-native companies on-chain professionals and businesses with significant recurring conversion needs
- Develop and activate individual acquisition channels targeting HNWIs crypto-native individuals and high-conviction individual clients with operational digital asset needs
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions private banks family offices independent asset managers and digital asset businesses whose clients would benefit from Satoshi Connects infrastructure
- Structure and activate referral and partner channels as scalable acquisition levers
Execute measure iterate
- Lead prospecting sales cycles and deal closing directly. This role is hands-on from day one
- Put in place the processes tools and metrics needed to track performance across segments and improve continuously
Contribute to strategic marketing
- Define key messages by segment: business clients institutional partners and individual users each require a distinct voice and channel strategy
- Collaborate with the leadership team on positioning and brand presence: you are not running marketing alone but you have a clear point of view and a seat at the table
Requirements
Must-haves
- Significant experience in business development and partnerships in financial services fintech or digital assets. You have built and closed deals with sophisticated counterparts
- Deep understanding of how digital asset flows work in practice: on-chain revenue treasury management conversions settlement
- Demonstrated ability to think across both B2B and institutional acquisition channels with selective B2C where relevant. You understand that messaging channels and conversion dynamics differ materially by segment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a strategy make it yours and drive execution. You are not waiting for a perfect brief
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in an unstructured environment
- Comfortable operating in a regulated environment where commercial decisions must align with compliance and risk constraints
- Existing network in digital asset or institutional finance circles in Switzerland or abroad.
- Fluent English the primary working language for partnerships and external communication
Nice-to-haves
- Background or network in institutional finance private banking asset management family offices independent wealth managers you understand how these organisations work from the inside
- Fluent French and/or German - meaningful assets for Swiss and DACH markets
- Experience in a regulated fintech or VASP environment
- Marketing sensibility: you understand how a brand is built and how it supports a commercial strategy across different audiences
