Who are we looking for
Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients E-Banking team and help shape the next generation of digital customer experiences.
In this role youll be directly involved in how new features are defined built and launched always with a clear focus on customer value usability and impact. Youll work at the heart of our digital transformation journey turning ideas into real working solutions.
- Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate closely with specialists business stakeholders and process owners
- Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
- Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
- Contribute to release communication including newsletters web content and internal updates
- Help ensure smooth coordination between business IT and operations
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience working in projects and cross-functional teams
- Proactive independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments
- Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
- Experience in project management
- Experience working with digital banking or customer portals
