SAP Business Analyst – Finance & Procurement (FI P2P) (MW)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join a challenging international environment. You will act as a key interface between business teams (Finance & Procurement) and IT contributing to the design implementation and rollout of SAP solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise analytical mindset and stakeholder management within complex and large-scale projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and challenge business requirements from Finance and Procurement stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions
- Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across end-to-end business processes (P2P FI)
- Act as a bridge between business teams IT and external partners/vendors
- Support and follow up on solution delivery and implementation phases
- Contribute to testing activities (UAT validation) and ensure solution quality
- Support change management and user adoption (training documentation workshops)
- Participate in project governance and Agile ceremonies (backlog workshops etc.)
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Finance (FI)
- Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO GR IV)
- Proven experience in:
- Requirement gathering & functional specification writing
- Stakeholder management (business & IT)
- Ability to understand financial flows postings and reporting impacts
- Experience in international / multi-entity environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory) German / French is an asset
