Reporting to: President Biosimilars Development Manufacturing & Supply.
Lead the strategic agenda for Biosimilars Development Manufacturing & Supply acting as Chief of Staff to the President of the unit and ensuring alignment across development manufacturing and supply.
Drive integrated end-to-end strategy translating long-term ambition into actionable plans with focus on capacity planning operations and performance.

Major accountabilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Shape and execute end-to-end biosimilars strategic action plans across development manufacturing and supply

• Act as Chief of Staff: support leadership governance decision-making and Executive Committee materials

• Lead capacity and network strategy (DS/DP internal/external footprint make vs buy)

• Provide strategic insights on capacity risks trade-offs (cost quality speed)

• Drive cross-functional alignment across the Biosimilar value chain

• Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives

• Build and lead a small high-performing strategy and capacity planning team

MinimumRequirements:

Whatyoullbring to the role:

• Strong understanding of bio development and manufacturing

• Experience across development manufacturing and supply in pharma

• Experience of internal external development manufacturing environment

• Consulting or strategy background combined with industry experience

• Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations

• Analytical structured thinker with strong communication skills

• Clear end-to-end biosimilars strategy and aligned execution

• Robust capacity and network planning experience within a buildup phase

• Effective leadership governance and fast decision-making
