Job description:
JOB DUTIES: Provides support to departmental teams assist with overflow from other admin team members perform general admin tasks including ordering of supplies new hire set-ups including transporting and setting up PCs fielding calls and email requests submitting and following up on IT/Facilities WR and assistance with admin group projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 0-2 years of related work experience; MS office skills required; Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows and Office applicat
ions (PowerPoint and Excel);High level of organization and attention to detail customer service focus; High level of initiative; Ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment;
Strong communication skills.
