The Opportunity
Applied Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Corporate Legal Assistant / Paralegal. This is a hybrid position working from the Marietta Office 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week. ATS provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment collaborating with talented professionals and gaining valuable experience in corporate law.
Responsibilities:
Maintain internal contracts databases
Review and approve vendor insurance documents
Proofread and edit legal documents
Assist with general administrative tasks
Assist attorneys with collections and claims management
Prepare and/or revise drafts of legal documents for attorney review
Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Current Law Student looking to gain experience in a Corporate Law setting
Adobe and Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel and Outlook)
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and good judgement
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
