Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Business Analyst to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across a dynamic global logistics environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to scalable marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans
• Manage promotional product vendor relationships by managing supplier communications and resolving fulfillment or quality issues
• Provide logistical support for events and trade shows by managing pre-event planning material shipping and vendor communication
• Create marketing collateral including flyers presentations and promotional materials

ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency

• Manage project timelines multiple deliverables and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze reporting and campaign performance to inform future initiatives
• Handle day-to-day marketing activities

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in marketing journalism communications or a related field
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms including Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with external vendors and managing deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics supply chain or a similarly complex global industry
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking

For this position the expected base pay range is $62000.00 $73000.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience skills education certifications and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
