Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain database systems for storing and retrieving patient information
- Create and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Design and implement database tables views and stored procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and security
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Experience with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server MySQL or Oracle
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
