Position: Healthcare Administration Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40$60/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon front-office tasks in healthcare administration with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
- Develop scenarios in patient access including scheduling eligibility verification and intake with required fields.
- Create coordination tasks such as referral routing and records-request fulfillment with HIPAA elements.
- Design patient communication templates for pre-visit and post-visit with required disclosures.
- Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios that require long sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2 years in patient access front office or healthcare admin.
- Expertise in EHR systems like Epic Cerner athenahealth or eClinicalWorks.
- Experience with insurance verification scheduling and referral coordination.
- Ability to read and produce admin artifacts like scheduling workflows and intake forms.
- Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
