Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Senior Technical Platform Lead to serve as the primary technical owner for enterpriseSaaSplatforms and integrations. This is not a traditionalSystemAdministrator or support-focused role. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic technical lead responsible for platform architecture API integrations vendor evaluation authentication frameworks and enterprise workflow integrations across multiple teams.
The candidate will partner with business stakeholders vendors platform administrators security teams and engineering groups to ensure scalable secure and efficientSaaSplatform operations and integrations. This role requires strong technical leadership architectural thinking and the ability to guide internal teams toward greater self-sufficiency.

JSON schema understanding
SaaSplatform architecture
Enterprise SSO / authentication flows
Ability to troubleshoot integration failures
Understanding downstream impact of application changes
This person will act as the technical owner from Healthfirst side:
Vet vendor solutions technically
Challenge vendors where needed

Domain experience in:
iCertis / CLM
Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Contract lifecycle management
is highly preferred.
They specifically want someone who can:
Understand business workflows UI
Map workflows to APIs/integrations
Discuss architecture confidently with vendors
Onsite presence is important because this person will lead and guide multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical platform owner and lead for enterpriseSaaSapplications and integrations.
Evaluate vet and challenge vendor-provided technical solutions architectural designs and implementation approaches.
Design analyze and troubleshoot API integrations between enterprise platforms and downstreamsystems.
Work extensively with REST APIs JSON schemas authentication mechanisms and integration workflows.
Lead enterprise integration discussions involving SSO SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and identity federation.
Understand business workflows and translate them into scalable technical integration architectures.
Assess downstream impacts of platform changes releases upgrades and configuration modifications.
Partner with internal application administrators and guide them on platform best practices governance and operational maturity.
Drive architectural discussions confidently with vendors engineering teams security groups and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex integration failures data flow issues authentication problems and workflow disruptions.
EnsureSaaSplatform scalability reliability security and compliance alignment.
Support governance and process improvement initiatives related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.
Provide onsite leadership and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.

Experience with:
