Position: RevOps / SalesOps Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$95/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
- Develop scenarios in pipeline and forecasting including hygiene audits forecast accuracy math and win/loss categorization.
- Create GTM infrastructure tasks such as lead routing scoring against specifications and territory plans for quota distribution.
- Design compensation and analytics scenarios including commission calculations and attribution math with specified models.
- Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality tasks that require long sessions of focus.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in RevOps SalesOps or MarketingOps.
- Expertise in Salesforce HubSpot admin pipeline analytics (SQL BI tools) commission modeling territory design or attribution modeling.
- Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports territory plans commission models routing flows attribution readouts.
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
