Position: Litigation & Disputes Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $110$150/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Develop long-horizon litigation tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Build scenarios in Discovery including document review with ground-truth tags and privilege logging.
Create Research tasks with verifiable holdings and correct citations ensuring cite-checking against a ground-truth authority list.
Design Procedural work scenarios such as deposition outlines and discovery-response timing tied to FRCP/state rules.
Ensure tasks have checkable answers avoiding open-ended essays and subjective judgment calls.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

JD; 3 years in litigation (firm or in-house).
Bar admission in at least one US state.
Expertise in ediscovery (Relativity Everlaw DISCO) legal research (Westlaw Lexis) FRCP or state civil procedure privilege and work-product doctrine.
Comfortable with litigation artifacts: review coding decisions privilege logs research memos deposition outlines.
Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
