Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for providing technical support and solutions. As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining our companys technology infrastructure and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees

- Install and configure hardware and software systems

- Monitor network and server performance and make necessary adjustments

- Conduct regular backups and ensure data security

- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

- Train employees on new technology systems and software

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

- Provide technical support during company events and meetings

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all company devices and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
