Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining our companys hardware software and network systems as well as providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure computer hardware software and network systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems

- Monitor network performance and ensure security measures are up to date

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT-related inquiries

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and make recommendations for improvements to our systems

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any IT-related needs or issues

- Train employees on new software or systems as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Experience with network security and data protection

- Knowledge of IT policies and procedures

- Ability to adapt to new technology and learn quickly

- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
