Application Assistant (Project-based)

Stolt Tankers a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids - chemicals clean petroleum products vegetable oils biofuels and oleochemicals. As part of this we are rolling out Continuous Improvement training to all our shore-based and seagoing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from simple to complex as reported by end users.
• Develop and maintain First-Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
• Results-oriented with strong ethics and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience with Maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with technologies such as and APIs is preferred.
