About the role:
The ProgramCoordinatoracts as a main support for the respective projectsona day-to-day basis and is the one with day-to-day focus onthem responsible fortheadministration and support servicesof the team. This will involve taking ownership ofdocument maintenance tracking and monitoring of changes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination ofnecessary technicalchanges to components.
- Tracking and monitoring of changes until they are implemented in the project.
- Research entries and updates of project-specific component scopes in the relevant project internal systems tools and documents.
- Creation of approvals and their tracking.
- Filling of bills of materials for the affected components and their management.
- Presentation in the relevant committees until final implementation.
- Creation and review of relevant documents.
- Conduct plausibility and content assessment of the special features of the project.
- Organization and scheduling of consumer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Fluency in German and English
- Presentation skills
- Experience with Project Management toolkits
- Broad understanding of technical concepts in related field as well as other technical functions in non-related fields
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Ability to accept and manage a variety of demands on a day-to-day basis
