OverviewThe Sales Enablement Manager leads the local business pursuit strategy overseeing the development and execution of sales enablement activities. This role provides strategic leadership manages team resources and drives continuous improvement of materials and processes while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
Leads and overseesproposal strategy execution by directing the creation of customized quality pitches proposals RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
Manages a teamresponsible for creation and maintenance of pursuit-related data.
Directsanalysis on gathered data andensuresdelivery of strategic insights and summaries relevant to potential clients and industries
Develops and implementsgo-to-market strategies using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and strengthen the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators
Facilitates and leadsinternal debriefs and post-pursuit analysis sessions
Manages complex pursuitsfrom start to finish including deals over 50000 callsestablishestimelines andcoordinatesrehearsals
Supervises and mentorsbusiness development associates and coordinates with senior leadership on strategic pursuits
Serves asa multi-business line expert across tenant rep industrial agency property management and retailproviding guidanceto team members
Leadsteam efficiency initiatives through strategic organization and knowledge management
- Coordinateswork with design technology and research teams andidentifieswhen to engage subject matter experts
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Journalism Graphic Design Communications or Marketing
5 8 yearsof related experiencewith real estate experience required
2 years of management or team leadership experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Advancedproject management skills andexpertknowledge of graphic design digital and print production
Proficientin Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint Excel) and Adobe Platform (InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop)
Technologically savvywith ability to evaluate and implement new tools
Exceptionalwriting editing and proofreading skills
Strong leadership andverbal communication skills
Outstandingorganizational skills and attention to detail
Deepunderstanding of and commitment to client service
Team management and mentoring capabilities
Strategic thinking and business development acumen
