Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe orderly operation of the center during evenings weekends and holidays as designated by the center director in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Duties:
- Act as center director in his/her absence during evenings weekends and holidays.
- Monitor and maintain effective control through personal observations by making periodic checks of center wide activities as well as facilities dormitories cafeteria etc. and report potential or existent non-resolved problems to the center director.
- Confer with parents center personnel and counsel students concerning problems relating to student actions on and off center.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area that models high standards for a work environment.
- Make decisions in emergency situations that are determined to be disrupting the orderly operation of the center.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degreepreferred.
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
