Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients providing them with information about our services and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about our services and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and company policies and procedures
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and targets
Continuously update knowledge of company products services and policies
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus
