Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Your main responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and inquiries as well as assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our services and properties to potential clients
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide them with updates on their inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. The Call Center Representative will work in a fast-paced office environment with occasional weekend and evening shifts required. This position may also require some remote work depending on the needs of the company.
