Position: Call Center Representative
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a full-time position with a contract of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our company services and products to potential and existing customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and courteous manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Up-sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Meet personal and team targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus
