Industrial Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a problem-solving process driven and detail-oriented warehouse professional to accept a rewarding role executing all shipping and receiving functions for our Cleveland OH location. This role will include receiving shipping inventory management and bin location organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all receiving shipping and inventory management functions including returns and discrepancies in the TrulinX ERP system.
• Unload inspect label and put away all deliveries from vendors. Scan packing lists for reconciliation and address any returns for nonconformance or count discrepancies.
• Final inspection loading and shipment confirmation of all finished products for all pick tickets regardless of shipping method (parcel LTL FTL). Verify all labels and paperwork are first time right and optimize freight expenses based on transit time weight and dimensions.
• Confirm deliveries and set up outbound shipments with all carrier types.
• Manage consumable items including skids and corrugated materials. These activities include ordering compacting recycling and disposing of waste.
• Execute stock transfers and pick allocated items for pick tickets as well as work orders to stage production. Complete inventory cycle counts as required.
• Actively manage bin locations. Everything has a place and that place is accurately reflected in the warehouse management system.
• When needed assist at will call in our onsite retail store.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Forklift certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with receiving and shipping functions.
• Exposure to using ERP system(s). We can train you on our TrulinX system specifically but you should understand how to execute all receiving shipping inventory management and return procedures in an ERP system.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Have a process-driven and detailed approach to work.
• Reliable attendance record.
• Must be available to work on site at our Cleveland OH location from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday through Friday.
