Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly organized and reliable Customer Service representative to join a local insurance team!
Key responsibilities:
**Answer inbound calls an emails professionally and promptly
**Greet and assist walk in clients in a welcoming manner.
**Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to cross-sell additional insurance products.
**Process insurance quotes for multiple lines of business.
**Assist customers with policy questions payments claim status and general inquiries.
**Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
**Excellent communication and customer service skills.
**Longevity in previous employment as the goal is to hire full-time.
**Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
**Basic proficiency with computer systems (email CRM software)
**Previous insurance office experience is a plus.
M-F; 9AM-5PM
$15.00/hr
