Central Office Administrative Assistant /Human Resources Department (12 Month /Full Time)
The Central Office Administrative Assistant for Human Resources providesclerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department by managing recruitment processes applicant tracking and HRIS data. Supports new hire onboarding and compliance by processing employment documentation screenings system access credentials and records while assisting with career fairs substitute onboarding and ongoing HR operations.
This role requires complete professionalism a customer service mindset and a positive attitude. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multi- task in a busy work area. Most importantly applicants must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality at all full timeposition will work40 hours per week and DOES include benefits.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in Administrative duties preferred. Must have knowledge of office procedures keyboarding office machines and computer operations.
Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
