If so Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Texas Quality Management Center team.
In this role you will:

• Oversee placement documentation compliance including Attachment A Placement Summaries Child Bill of Rights and 2085 series documents
• Ensure documentation is complete accurate properly signed and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes
• Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies
• Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow-up and remediation across departments
• Track deadlines complete required reports and support continuous compliance improvement

What were looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in a human services field preferred
• Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred
• Strong ability to manage time-sensitive documentation workflows
• Detail-oriented organized and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable reviewing technical legal and regulatory documents

Additional details:

• Office-based position
• Occasional weekend work and travel required; valid drivers license required
