Role Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer to design develop and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrations and Salesforce configuration along with a solid understanding of Sales and/or Service Cloud. A senior developer is expected to take on additional responsibilities such as mentoring guiding design decisions and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex LWC Visualforce and Flows.
• Configure Salesforce standard objects (Accounts Contacts Opportunities Leads Cases etc.) and create custom objects as needed.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware (MuleSoft Informatica etc.) or platform events.
• Create data migration strategies using Data Loader ETL tools or custom scripts.
• Implement automation using Flows Process Builder and Apex Triggers.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model governor limits and best practices.
• Conduct unit testing code reviews and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• For Senior Developer: mentor junior developers contribute to technical design discussions and provide guidance on complex requirements.

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 69 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Git GitHub Copado Gearset) and Agile development methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred:
• Platform Developer I (mandatory)
• Platform Developer II (for Sr. Developer)
• Sales or Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have)

Nice-to-have skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in large-scale data migration and complex integrations.

Ability to work in a client-facing role and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
• or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
