Job Summary
Pay rate - $17.00 hourlyWeekly pay on FridayBenefits/PTO/401(k) availableThe Clerk will use Excel Word and Google Sheets as well as some SAP Excel we are looking up and filtering through store informationIn Wordwe are creating addresses and Store Placards through a templateIn Google Sheetswe are entering data from what we are receiving dailyIn SAPwe are packing and tracking ordersJob Duties:Monitor the front window and manage check-ins for inbound and outbound trucks to the appropriate door and communicate with supervisors using a radio accurate documentation of deliveries and the contents of deliveries against shipping with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth loading and unloading and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to a clean and organized front window in tracking inventory levels and updating records as neededExperience Required:SAP skillsProficiency with Excel spreadsheetsDesired Qualities:Strong communication skillsGood customer service abilitiesDispatch experience (a plus)Warehouse experience in a distribution center settingExperience with RF scanners and basic math skills
