1. Maintain Accurate Records: Manage and update comprehensive purchasing records and purchaseorders systematically.
2. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizing purchase activities order values and relevantinsights.
3. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee and monitor routine purchasing tasks to ensure smoothoperations.
4. Collaboration: Coordinate with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing tasks.
5. Claims Management: Handle and monitor claims to factories and vendors for defective or missingparts.
6. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
7. Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
8. Delivery Oversight: Monitor and coordinate item deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
9. Specification Compliance: Ensure purchases align with specified requirements.
10. Inventory Management: Plan and manage optimal inventory levels of materials and products.
11. Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate supplier performance
12. Global Supply Chain Management: Oversee deliveries from both local and overseas suppliers.
13. Compliance Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of statutory compliance related tomanufacturing operations.
14. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) with preference forBAAN (INFOR-LN) software expertise.

• Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (Suply Chain Management Procurement )

  Experience

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in Electrical/Hydraulics/Bought out Purchases.

  Preferred / Special Skills

  • Knowledge of tools such as PPAP FMEA 8D Power BI
  • Must have knowledge about statutory compliance related to manufacturing operations.
  • India taxation overview (GST export benefits etc.)
