What We Offer:

• Fixedterm Opportunities of Twelve (12) or Twenty-Four (24) months with fulltime hours (Minimum 32 hours per Week)
• Above market hourly wage based on experience and trade certification(s). May be eligible for an additional bonus dollars if certified in Cummins and or Paccar.
• Retention bonus paid at the end of the fixed employment term (Up to $5000.00) upon successful completion of each twelve (12) month period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair work in accordance with Red Seal standards
• Ensure all work meets safety quality and regulatory requirements
• Diagnose issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete accurate documentation and service reports
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled trades team

Qualifications:

• Valid Red Seal Certification will be given preference
• Minimum of ten (10) years of handson experience will be considered for those who do not have Red Seal Certification
• Strong problemsolving and technical skills
• Commitment to safety and highquality workmanship
• Ability to commit to the full employment term
