Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery (Fixed term contract)

Reporting to the Associate Director Investor Delivery a list of your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and maintain investor profiles accurately and efficiently as outlined by the investor in documents or requested updates thereafter
• Processing transactions in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents with attention to proper procedures and deadlines
• Assist with the organizations FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients
• Prepare wire payments and account transfer transactions through various banking platforms to settle distributions and transfer approved dealing proceeds to the client trading account
• Prepare periodic fund activity reports for submission to relevant clients or their regulatory bodies reporting including statement of holdings shareholder registers and audit confirmations etc
• Respond to queries from Clients Investors Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks processes and deliverables
• Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture
• Support management in department initiatives projects risk mitigation
• Support and Promote MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty
• This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience

• Experience in financial services fund administration asset management banking or client service is an asset

• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities an asset

• Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal

• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
