Job Summary
Position:Boys Soccer Team Assistant (SY 26-27) (Stipend)
Department:Athletics
Reports to:Director of Athletics
Affiliation:Unit A Section F
Salary range: $2021stipend
Time Commitment:
- Six days a week.
- Ten to fifteen hours a week.
- Three games a week.
- Season Length- 8/24/2026 -11/23/2026

This is a stipend position.
SUMMARY:
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding team assistant to coach the boys soccer team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence equity and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scouting opponent.
- Assisting in coaching at practice or games.
- Analyze game strategy.
- Implementation of skill development.
- Coverage on bus trips.
- Video analysis of games.
- Statistical analysis of games.
- Coach a specific position due to expertise.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- CPR certified.
- NFHS concussion course completed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Degree from an accredited college or university.
