Enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator required to support lettings activity generate new business conduct viewings and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships and progressing tenancies in a busy branch environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate and letting agency in Camberley.

This role is ideal for someone with lettings experience or looking to develop a career in the industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process supporting landlords and tenants while contributing to branch performance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting instructions
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms
• Supporting the progression of tenancies through to completion

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional well-presented and confident manner
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Full UK driving licence essential
