Job Summary
Position:Girls Soccer Team Assistant

Salary range: $2021Stipend
Time Commitment:
- Six days a week
- Ten to fifteen hours a week
- Three games a week
- Season Length- 8/24/2026 -11/23/2026

This is a stipend position.
SUMMARY:
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding Girls Soccer Team Assistant to support coaching the girls soccer team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence equity and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scouting opponent
- Assisting in coaching at practices and games
- Analyze game strategy
- Implementation of skill development
- Coverage of bus trips
- Video analysis of games
- Statistical analysis of games
- Coach a specific position due to expertise
- Promote teamwork and a positive work ethic amongst the soccer team
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- CPR certified
- NFHS concussion course completed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience coaching soccer
