Were on the hunt for a Business Marketing Specialist in Australia based in our Sydney this role youll be in the middle of the action working closely with our local cross-functional team and partnering with Sales Product Comms Experience and Insights teams locally regionally and globally. Together youll build and launch marketing programs that move the needle on Snaps most important business goals with advertisers and agencies driving relevance boosting consideration and unlocking revenue growth.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership high visibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact from day one. Based in Sydney this position reports directly to the Head of Marketing MENA and APAC.
What youll do:
Lead the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for the market in close partnership with Sales leadership ensuring all initiatives support Snaps commercial objectives across the full funnel (awareness consideration conversion and retention).
Partner with Sales to build compelling story-telling and go-to-market plays for priority verticals moments and major client initiatives across Snaps full product portfolio.
Design and execute integrated regionally tailored marketing programs for advertisers and clients that enhance Snaps positioning with decisionmakers and support fullfunnel business outcomes in collaboration with Brand Creative Product Marketing Creative Strategy Comms and other cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Events team to plan and deliver high-impact client and industry events (owned and sponsored).
Represent Snap Marketing in internal forums and contribute to key decisions in the market.
Connect with B2B marketing teams in other regions to localize global programs share best practices co-develop pilots and ensure a consistent yet locally relevant B2B brand presence.
Set clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for all marketing activities; regularly track analyze and report impact and use findings to optimize programs and inform investment decisions.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape industry trends and advertiser needs in the region using these insights to refine positioning identify new opportunities and future-proof the B2B marketing strategy.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Able to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable handling administrative tasks and complex processes with patience and composure.
Multidimensional and highly creative marketer known for sparking original ideas and turning them into impactful campaigns across paid owned and earned channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear actionable insights that fuel creative strategy.
Collaborative hands-on and aligned with Snaps core values with a genuine passion for Snapchat and B2B marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
Strong execution experience across brand campaigns field marketing and content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide strategy and prove ROI.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment around shared goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing experience at a digital platform app or media company.
B2B marketing experience.
