Job Summary

Purpose
This role installs and maintains operating systems applications servers virtualization network devices and backup systems to ensure stable role works closely with support and operations teams to ensure stable platform operations.
Key Missions
- Infrastructure & System Operations
- Designs implements and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure including servers operating systems virtualization platforms storage and network components.
- Ensures system reliability performance and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
- Performs system administration and advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure platforms.
- Incident & Problem Management
- Acts as Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.
- Performs root cause analysis and implements permanent fixes or infrastructure improvements.
- Designs and implements corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
- Infrastructure Lifecycle Management
- Plans and executes system upgrades patch management and infrastructure refresh activities.
- Ensures systems are compliant with security policies patching requirements and operational standards.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintains accurate technical documentation system architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
- Provides guidance and technical documentation for support teams and operational staff.

- Implement backup disaster recovery and high availability strategies
- Perform security hardening and vulnerability remediation
- Support infrastructure-related project implementations
