Yourrole
AsDigital Service Portfolio Manager Aftersales you define shape and scale our global digital service portfolio.
You translate strategy intoscalable digital propositionsthat:
Enhance customer experience
Improve service efficiency
Unlock new recurring revenue streams
You act as thebridge between business product and technology ensuring the right initiatives areprioritized delivered adopted and continuously improved.
This is ahands-on impact-driven rolefrom accelerating adoption of todays solutions (e.g.e-commerce service platforms loyalty) to building tomorrows digital revenue engines.
Your role ishybrid based in Apeldoorn the Netherlands. We value flexibility and collaboration:youreencouraged to spend at leasttwo days per week in our officewhile enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel this role you will also travel within Europe for approximately 25% of your time.
Key responsibilities
Define and manage the global aftersales digital portfolio aligned with strategic priorities
Own and drive the vision and roadmap for digital service propositions
Prioritizeinitiatives based on customer value scalability and business impact
Deliver measurable outcomes: adoption customer satisfaction efficiency and revenue
Act as the central connector between aftersales commercial digital and IT stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear product requirements for development teams
Drive delivery using agile methodologies and ensure high-quality releases
Enable rollout and adoption across operating companies including change management
Continuously optimize through data insights and user feedback
Identify and develop new digital service opportunities (e.g. remote services subscriptions)
Whatyoubring
Senior experience in digital product management or digital transformation (service environment preferred)
Strong understanding of customer journeys and data-driven decision-making
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and geographies
Experience working in complex multi-market environments
A pragmatic outcome-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Comfort navigating ambiguity and setting clear priorities
