About the position

This role exists to help build and embed a fit-for-purpose PMO capability for the European (EU) business enabling disciplined high-qualityexecution of innovation and portfolio priorities. As Flora Food Group continues toscaleconsumer-led innovation the EU business requires strongercross-functionalorchestration across Marketing R&D Supply Chain Finance and Operations.

Reporting to theGlobal PMO Lead(dotted line - Global Head of P&P / Europe Head of Marketing) the PMO Manageracts as a foundational builder of this capability establishingrobust ways of working driving executional discipline and ensuring projects land on time in full and with clear accountability.

This role is critical to reducing execution riskacceleratingspeed-to-market andincreasing transparency on resource allocation enablingfunctional leaders to focus on decision-making rather than coordination.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution you willestablisha European PMO operating model aligned to global P&P standardstailored to local will driveconsistencytransparencyand rigor to how innovation and portfolio initiatives are plannedgovernedand delivered.

You will act as the executional backbone for priority initiatives-ensuring cross-functional teams deliver against clear timelinesmilestonesand decision gates-while serving as thesinglesourceof truth for execution statusrisksand delivery confidence across the EU portfolio agenda.

You are accountable for execution and orchestration-not project content MarketingandBusiness leads; this role ensures the work lands. You simplify and enable-neveraddunnecessary complexity.

What youll do:

PMO set-up & governance

• Defineand implement aEuropean PMO frameworkalignedto global P&P standards.

• Embed common ways of workingacross initiatives(timelines milestones gatestracking).

• Optimisegovernance cadences(weekly drumbeats monthly gate reviews escalation forums) with clear roles anddecisionoutputs.

• Ensuredataquality discipline and follow-throughacrossportfolioandproject management systems.
  
  

End-to-end project & activity management

• Ownplanning and orchestrationof priority innovation and portfolio initiatives(G0-G5) including future value creationinitiatives.

• Build integrated project timelinesbased on briefs tradewindowsand lead times.

• Define critical pathsdependenciesand resource requirementsacrossinitiatives.

• Surface risksdelaysand trade-offsearly; drive mitigation and escalation.

• Leadstructured project drumbeatswithclear actionsownersand accountability.

Cross-functional leadership & execution excellence

• Act as thecentral coordination point acrossfunctions(Marketing R&D Supply Chainincluding P&I and T&I teams Quality Finance Procurement and Operations).

• Drivecross-functionalaccountabilityforkeydeliverables( business cases system data readiness milestones).

• Preparedecision-ready inputs forgovernance forumsand senior updates.

• Drivecontinuous improvementinexecution practices leadtimesand delivery performance.
  

Capability building

• Build theEUPMO capabilityover time(team tools templatesplaybooks)as the hub scales.

• Role-modelexecution discipline pragmatic problem-solvingand collaborative leadership.

What Does It Take to Be Successful

You combine strong project management fundamentals with theability tooperateconfidentlyin complex cross-functional FMCG environments and are comfortable building structure where it does not yet exist bringing clarity and momentum to ambiguous situations. With 510 years of experience in projectprogramor PMO roles you bring hands-onexpertisein managing end-to-end innovationtransformationor portfolio initiatives as well as experience owning PMO data quality reporting cadence and executiondashboardsand setting up or scaling PMO structures. You have a strong understanding of stage-gate models innovation lifecycles and launch readiness and are confident influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

A strong systems thinker you design simple scalable ways of working anddemonstrateexcellent planningprioritisationand execution discipline. You are a confident facilitator and communicator across senior and cross-functional stakeholders with a high accountability mindset and a pragmatic solution-oriented and resilient approach under pressure. You are action-driven comfortable moving between helicopter view and operational detail andenergisedby building capability and enabling others to succeed while valuing transparencyfollow-throughand continuous improvement.
