Job Summary
B-Tech - Civil
| Job Purpose/ Dimensions (Other Parameters)/ Context/ KRA / Nature & Frequency | Accountabilities |
| PURPOSE | Responsible for progress of the civil project assigned as per plan agreed timelines along with best quality practices and safety. |
| Quality and Safety | a) Ensure proper checks on quality and safety norms are followed at every step. b) Ensure full use of PPE s and create awareness about unsafe act and unsafe conditions c) Use design mix concrete as per requirement. |
| Cost Management | a) Guide and Supervise for appropriate tender management which includes procedure and process to be followed in opening closing and awarding tenders and contract. b) Ensure post awarding formalities are carried out properly with adequate documentation. c) To help Business development team in preparation of offer for new projects for civil jobs. |
| Support at Rehabilitation site | a) Support planning and designing of the constructions at the rehabilitation site. b) Develop common facilities at the rehabilitation site. c) Support villagers with design and construction plan if required. |
