Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the Warranty Administrator
• Work closely with service advisors
• Prepare service invoices for warranty review
• Close claims in system
• Process claims entry with manufacturer
• Work in Microsoft Excel for claims tracking
• Follow manufacturer processes for errors
• Learn and follow manufacturer processes
• File paperwork
• Work cooperatively with other departmentsand internal teams
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess excellent listening and communication skills
• Possess an outgoing and positive personality
• Possess computer literacy skills
• Possess strong math skills with the ability to handle financial transactions
• Possess a professional appearance in keeping with Van Bortel Standards
• Possess a punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Possess warranty claims experience preferred
• Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record with dependable transportation to work
