Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Real Estate Intern to support our team across active construction projects and real estate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management site operations property analysis and the overall real estate development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination of construction projects including scheduling documentation and communication with contractors and vendors
• Support project managers with tracking budgets timelines and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and help monitor progress safety compliance and quality standards
• Assist in reviewing blueprints plans and construction documents
• Support real estate activities such as market research property analysis and due diligence
• Help prepare reports presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders
• Organize and maintain project files contracts and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design sales and operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management Real Estate Business Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in construction real estate development or property management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
