Executive Head

A leading financial services business is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Executive Head to lead its international investment division. This executive leadership role carries full accountability for the performance growth and strategic positioning of the offshore investment business including oversight of international operations regulatory environments and outsourced service providers.

Job Description:
The Executive Head: International Investments will form part of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the international business including offshore entities and investment structures.

Key responsibilities include:
Defining driving and communicating the vision and strategy for the international business
Full P&L accountability including business planning budgeting and resource allocation
Leadership of business development operations client services and investment administration teams
Oversight and management of outsourced third-party administrators and offshore service providers
Management of international regulatory relationships and statutory reporting requirements
Achievement of annual sales profitability and value of new business targets
Identifying and executing growth opportunities partnerships and alternative asset expansion models
Building a strong international market profile and thought leadership presence
Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Ensuring a high-performance culture aligned to organisational values
Driving operational excellence across risk compliance finance IT and product development

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 510 years experience at senior executive or general management level
Proven track record of leading complex financial services or investment businesses
Strong commercial financial and strategic leadership capability
Demonstrated experience driving growth profitability and market positioning
International investment or offshore financial services experience is essential
Ability to engage influence and negotiate at executive and regulatory level
Exceptional leadership communication and people management skills

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification advantageous
