Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our residential department and Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a vast portfolio of thousands of residential units we offer a stable and dynamic environment for your career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring seamless coordination of residential division training schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Providing support to the residential department and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in a variety of tasks.
  • Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets contributing to data accuracy.
  • Managing and maintaining online advertising content enhancing the organizations online presence.
  • Effective interaction with site staff corporate personnel vendors residents and property owners.
  • Responsible for setting up accounts and conducting utility audits demonstrating a keen eye for financial detail.

Qualifications:

  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Internet savvy
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Highly organized self-starter and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
