Job Summary
Job Title: Lead Specialist - Transfer Pricing & Product Costing Analyst
Location: Hyderabad India
This role supports global finance operations by delivering accurate Transfer Pricing and Product Costing data across regions. The incumbent plays a key role in monthend close budgeting and forecasting cycles partnering with regional finance teams plant controllers and procurement to ensure data integrity analyze variances and provide actionable insights that support business and cost optimization decisions.

Your key responsibilities
- Execute monthend closing activities for Transfer Pricing and Product Costing across US EMEA and APAC regions in SAP.
- Maintain and update transfer prices PIRs valuation pricing and unit costs ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform group costing activities (Actual YTD Budget RAF) and support tolling cockpit runs and cost loads.
- Prepare and deliver TP monitoring reports variance analyses and monthly summary packs (Actual vs RAF vs PY).
- Support budgeting and rolling forecast cycles by managing uploads validations and cost planning inputs.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams plant controllers procurement and IT to resolve data issues and improve cost visibility.

You bring
- Own accuracy and completeness of TP and product costing data within SAP and connected planning systems.
- Apply strong analytical skills to investigate variances in costs pricing raw materials and energy spend.
- Act as a proactive point of contact for assigned regions managing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Ensure high data quality by validating BOMs materials plant inputs and master data during close and planning cycles.
- Leverage advanced Excel and SAP capabilities to analyze data and support reporting forecasting and decisionmaking.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines for close forecast and budget cycles.
