Position: Senior Accounting Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8 Years Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to manage accounting operations financial reporting reconciliations and compliance activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience handling end-to-end accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations including AP AR journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow expenses invoices and vendor payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors vendors and internal departments
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books or ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce
- CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
- Experience working with US accounting processes is Preferred.
