Responsibilities

Technical driver for software development and DevOps practices within agile software development teams

Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows

Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes

Develop automation scripts and tools

Contribute to application development tasks as needed leveraging your programming expertise

Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management solutions

Collaborate on technical decisions around deployment strategies monitoring and observability

Ensure security compliance and best practices across the infrastructure

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure and processes

Collaborate closely with development teams SRE and platform engineering

Optimize system performance reliability and cost efficiency

Mentor team members on DevOps practices

Profile

Min. 10 years extensive experience in software developemt DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure

Independent working style and the ability to work through tasks independently in a structured manner also as coordinator within the team

Programming skills in C# TypeScript and optionally Python

Expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration

Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)

Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitLab)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform)

Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana)

Flexibility to support development initiatives and cross-functional projects

Documentation skills and attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
