Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and technically sound MEP (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineers to join our project team for ongoing residential developments across Mumbai and Thane and Pune.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on site execution skills in-depth technical knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor site execution ofelectrical and mechanical (HVAC plumbing firefighting) works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate withconsultants contractors and site teams for quality and timely completion of work.
- ReviewGFC drawings BOQs and technical submissions for MEP services.
- Manageinstallation testing and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting).
- Ensure adherence tosafety quality and statutory compliance at site.
- Track daily progress prepare progress reports and update the Project Manager.
- Verify and approve material requisitions and vendor bills as per site requirements.
- Support the project team intechnical audits inspections and handover documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building services and MEP integration.
- Hands-on site experience in high-rise / large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ready to work at project sites across Mumbai Thane & Pune.
