LJ Horizons is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support client interactions remotely.
You will assist with coordinating customized experiences including family and group arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to clients
Assist with coordinating services and client requests
Communicate next steps and updates clearly
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Ensure all details are handled efficiently and accurately
Support clients throughout the full coordination process
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
