UCT is looking for a talentedManager Regional Salesto join us inSingapore!TheManager Regional Sales is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in Singapore SSB. He/she will be responsible for designing plans to meet targets developing relationships with clients/customers and collaborate with ENG and OPS to grow market share in the Southeast Asia semiconductor cleaning/coating market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the Southeast Asia market
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet set targets and KPI
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Maintain good working relationship with ENG and OPS team to win together

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive sales manager
- Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as sales developing client-focused differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MS/MBA degree will be a plus
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 10 which 5 yrs in sales related positions
- Experience of working in suppliers of semiconductor fabs is a plus.
