Role Summary

Sapiens is seeking a Capacity and Reporting Lead to strengthen workforce planning resourcing discipline and delivery insight across the Professional Services Operations (PS Ops) function. Operating cross-functionally the role will help translate delivery demand into practical resourcing plans identify capacity risks and constraints and support the continuous improvement of resourcing processes and tools.

The Capacity and Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining a capacity and resourcing framework that supports effective planning across projects skills and time horizons. This will include defining an enterprise-wide capacity planning approach supporting forward-looking demand and supply analysis and establishing resource allocation and staffing operations standards that promote consistency transparency and efficient utilization of delivery teams.

The role will own resource and capacity reporting delivering clear decision-ready insight on utilization billability and allocation across the Professional Services portfolio. Reporting into senior leadership the role will enable informed prioritization staffing decisions and portfolio trade-offs ensuring delivery remains aligned to budget scope and evolving resourcing needs.

This role will sit at the heart of Sapiens Professional Services Operations as the organization transitions towards a SaaS-led operating model. It will offer broad exposure across complex delivery activity regular interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to directly influence delivery performance governance maturity and portfolio-level decision making. The role will have a tangible impact on delivery outcomes and will play a meaningful part in the continued growth and evolution of Sapiens.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capacity planning framework for the Professional Services organization supporting forward-looking visibility of demand supply and skill availability across projects.
• Define and support resource allocation and staffing operations standards across product divisions ensuring consistent approaches to assignment deployment and movement of resources.
• Produce and maintain resource and capacity reporting including utilization billability and allocation metrics providing clear insight at individual team and portfolio level.
• Collaborate with the Head of PS Ops delivery teams and Finance to support resourcing decisions and prioritization highlighting capacity constraints trade-offs and risks.
• Maintain accurate resource data and reporting ensuring alignment between delivery plans staffing assumptions and financial forecasts.
• Support portfolio-level resourcing visibility enabling identification of cross-project dependencies conflicts and opportunities for improved utilization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of resourcing processes tools and reporting supporting standardization and data quality as Sapiens evolves toward a SaaS-led delivery model.
• Act as a key point of coordination across teams to support clear communication and alignment on capacity staffing and resource-related topics.

Expected experience

• 15 to 20 years of experience in professional services operations resource management delivery operations PMO or workforce planning; SaaS environments preferred but not required.
• Experience designing maintaining and analysing capacity and resourcing models; integrating demand and supply data across teams projects and skill sets; with outputs delivered through tools such as Power BI.
• Strong background in resource and delivery reporting including utilization billability allocation and capacity metrics with the ability to translate data into clear decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to process standardization or operational improvement initiatives such as improving data quality introducing new approaches or supporting adoption of resourcing tools and ways of working.
